Feet are the part of the body most people ignore until the end of a long day. The Stride is built for that moment: it goes on while seated, and the diodes run for twenty minutes with nothing else to do.

Each slipper holds 120 diodes across the sole and the upper, running 660nm red and 850nm near infrared together, so the light reaches the arch, the heel, and around the ankle rather than only the bottom of the foot. The neoprene shell is soft, holds its shape, and stretches across most adult feet.

A single controller runs both slippers with three timer settings, so there is nothing to configure. The pair folds flat, weighs under two pounds, and wipes clean with a damp cloth.

Will these fit most feet?

One size stretches to a US mens 12 or womens 13. The velcro strap takes up slack on narrower feet, and the open front makes length far more forgiving than a normal shoe.

How often should they be used?

Most people run one twenty minute session a day, usually in the evening. There is no benefit to running them longer, and nothing is gained by using them more than twice in a day.

Is eye protection needed?

Not while the slippers are worn on the feet and pointing away. Use the included glasses if a slipper is held up or the diodes are viewed directly while it runs.
