Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your PrimaBeam order. If you are not, returning it should be the easiest part.
Cancelling an order You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering by emailing support@primabeam.com with your order number. After that we cannot guarantee it, since your order may already be in processing, and once it has shipped cancellation is no longer possible. If it has already shipped, you can return it after delivery under the terms below.
30 day easy returns You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
Restocking fee: none. We do not charge one.
Who pays for the return
- Defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect items: no cost to you at all.
- Change of mind, wrong item ordered, or no longer wanted: the customer covers the return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
How to return an item
- Email support@primabeam.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
- Ship it back using the instructions in your return authorization email.
Refunds Once your return arrives we inspect it against the conditions above. After approval, allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reach your original payment method, depending on your bank or provider.
Exchanges We do exchanges. Email support@primabeam.com and we will arrange a swap for a different product.
Order not delivered If your order has not arrived within the expected window, email support@primabeam.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier, and if the parcel is confirmed lost we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
Non returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons a small number of items cannot be returned. These are clearly marked as non returnable on their product page.
Changes to this policy We may update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Updates appear here with a new Last Updated date.
