Panels on a stand ask for a held position. The Halo Arc does the opposite: it stands over a person lying down, which is the only position most people keep still in for twenty minutes.

The arch spans 26 inches and carries 480 diodes across the whole inner curve at 660nm red and 850nm near infrared. Because the light comes from above and from both sides at once, the sides of the torso get the same exposure as the middle, which a flat panel cannot do.

It folds at the legs and lies flat against a wall or under a bed between sessions. It slides up the body for shoulders, down for knees and calves, and works on the floor, a bed, or a treatment table.
